Juliet Partner Rewards — Rules & Agreement

The Juliet Partner Rewards Program is our way of recognizing the boutiques and retailers who support our brand season after season. By participating in the program, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and guidelines. Our goal is to keep the program simple, fair, and genuinely beneficial for all qualified partners.

1. Eligibility

The Juliet Partner Rewards Program is open to:

• Active wholesale customers with an approved Juliet Dresses account

• Accounts in good standing, including on-time payments and compliance with Juliet pricing policies

• U.S. and international retailers (unless restricted by local regulations)

Juliet reserves the right to exclude certain accounts from earning rewards, including:

• Distributors or discount-based volume buyers

• Drop-ship orders

• Closeout/clearance-only customers

• Accounts with policy violations or repeated late payments

2. Earning Points

• Juliet Points are earned exclusively on orders placed at www.julietdresses.com.

• Earn 1 Juliet Point for every $100 in qualifying purchases (before tax and shipping).

• Orders must meet a minimum of $200 to earn points.

• Points are awarded once an order is fully paid and shipped.

• Returns, cancellations, chargebacks, or non-payment will result in point reversals or adjustments.

• Points hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.

Juliet may also offer:

• Seasonal bonus points

• Early buy-in multipliers

• Event-based or trunk-show rewards

3. Redeeming Points

Juliet Points are redeemable exclusively at www.julietdresses.com

Juliet Points may be redeemed for:

• Credit toward future orders

Redemption guidelines:

• A minimum redemption threshold applies.

• Points may only be used toward new orders and cannot be applied to existing balances.

• Points cannot be shared or combined across multiple store locations.

• Points cannot be trasnferred

4. Expiration & Adjustments

• Points expire 90 days after they are earned, unless otherwise stated.

• Juliet reserves the right to adjust point balances in cases of error, fraud, misuse, or policy violations.

• All point activity is subject to verification and audit.

5. Account Standing

To remain eligible for rewards, the account must:

• Maintain good payment history

• Respect Juliet pricing, policies, and MAP guidelines

• Avoid unauthorized discounting, copying, private labeling, or misrepresentation

Accounts that are suspended or closed automatically forfeit all unredeemed points.

6. Program Changes

Juliet Dresses may modify, pause, or discontinue the Partner Rewards Program at any time. This includes changes to:

• Earn rates

• Redemption values

• Eligible products

• Overall program structure

Juliet will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant changes in advance.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Juliet Partner Rewards Program, the account holder acknowledges and agrees to:

• Follow all program rules

• Maintain honest and accurate account information

• Use rewards only as outlined in this agreement

Participation is voluntary. Continuing to earn or redeem points constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
