Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

1.  In stock orders placed by 2pm (PST) are shipped the same day.

2.  Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day, USPS).

3.  Customers are responsible for all shipping costs including return fees of a non-delivery.

Returns and exchanges:

All wholesale orders are final. Exchanges are only available for defects and must be returned within 5 business days after receiving delivery.

Please email contact@julietdresses.com to obtain an RA number.   If an item is defective, please take a photo of the defective product and send us an email.

All returns without an issued RA number will be refused.
